Facilities and Access
PARKING:
* As The Hospital Of St Cross has limited onsite parking, we encourage you to see our Directions for alternative options.
If you are holding an event on site during the Summer Months; parking can be arranged in either our Meadows or our Parkland which surround our buildings. These will need to be booked in advance of your event, and are weather dependent.
TOILET FACILITIES:
* We have good toilet facilities converted from our medieval stables; including a disabled toilet. As you enter the site, there is level access to all toilets.
DISABLED ACCESS:
* We now have an excellent disabled lift; that can take you up to our Brethren’s Hall from our Medieval Kitchen*
* There is disabled access into The Chapel through the Ambulatory, which has a ramp. If you would like to use this access please ask at The Porter’s Lodge Shop.
TEA ROOMS:
*During the Summer months our Tea Room serving delicious cakes, scones & beverages is open with seating inside and outside Opening Times
SEATING:
* Visitors wanting to delight in our views can enjoy our benches positioned sensitively around the site for maximum enjoyment.
WIFI:
*Mobile phone reception is patchy around the site. A Wi-Fi code is available in the Tea Rooms.
EMERGENCIES:
We have trained First Aiders within our staff. In the event of an emergency please contact the Porter in The Porters Lodge shop, or ask another member of staff. There is a Defibrillator on site.

* Some of the pathways are slightly uneven and are cobbled in places.
